The Central Authentication Service (CAS) on one of Ryerson’s CAS servers stopped working at approximately 1:15 PM today. The service was restarted at 2:15 PM. During the time the service was unavailable some people were unable to log into the my.ryerson.ca portal.
CCS is investigating the cause of the problem.
