On Friday June 16, 2017 at 7:00 AM CCS noticed that users on the new SIP voice mail system (OfficeLinx) couldn’t access their voice mail. Telecom group is working with the vendor to troubleshoot the issue.
Update:
At 10:45 AM the voicemail servers were rebooted and services resumed
