On Wednesday October 29, 2014 at 1:15 PM the two routers connecting Ryerson to the Internet ran out of memory. This caused a total outage of Internet traffic. The routers had to be rebooted and the services were resumed at 1:30 PM. The root cause of the outage is being investigated by Ryerson’s Network Engineering team.
