The network and phone system on the 16th floor of 1 Dundas are offline after a power outage that ended at 5 AM. The problem appears to be with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that did not come back online after city power was restored.
Update (at noon): There have been delays getting access to the secured area in the building where the UPS is. We hope to have access soon.
Update (12:30): We have access but the UPS has lost it configuration information which has to be recovered and tested before it is brought back online.
Update (4:30 PM): Service was restored at 4:30 PM.
