At around 3:07 PM on Wednesday, Nov. 24, there was a temporary network connection failure on a link between a cluster of load balancers.
This interruption caused a number of services to fail.
The major applications affected included:
– LDAP
– RMail
– GroupWise
– Blackboard portal
– RAMSS
– eHR
– OGF
The network connection has been restored by 3:30 PM.
