At 8:14 PM CCS started receiving automated reports of problems with the my.ryerson portal. All but one of the servers were offline. This may have affected some people attempting to use the portal while others may have been able to continue working normally. The servers were restarted at roughly 8:40 and CCS will continue to investigate the cause of the problem.
Update 9:12 PM: At 9:00 PM, all servers are brought up and the service is fully restored.
