On Friday, June 9, 2017 at about 8:00 AM. a disk storage appliance failure caused many of the data centre servers to reboot. Therefore users are unable to access some of Ryerson’s applications.
CCS is investigating the root cause of the problem.

All of the Ryerson applications that I have tried are still not operational. The statement claiming that all services have been restored is quite misleading.

I am unable to login to my.ryerson, when I click the log in button, it refreshes the page but does not take me to sign in with my student ID.
