CAS outage on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 3:05 AM

On Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 3:05 AM, TMU’s Central Authentication Service (CAS) became unavailable because of a firewall issue. This prevented access to all applications that rely on CAS for logins. The IT security team resolved the issue at 7:25 AM.
