On Monday, May 25, 2015 at 4:23 PM, all of the VoIP phones stopped working. These are mainly in the newer buildings such as CE, TRS, MAC and SLC. The vendor has been contacted for support.
Update:
A problem was found with one of the core routers that prevented the VoIP traffic. A work around was implemented at 5:20 PM and all services resumed.
