On Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 02:30 PM, the Domain Name Servers lost part of their configuration. This prevented people from accessing many Ryerson servers and applications. The Network Services team is troubleshooting the issue.

Update: The problem was traced to being a side-effect of an administrative change made to the DNS system which was corrected at 2:57 PM with services returning to normal at approximately 3:00 PM.
