Approximately 160 phones are out of service this morning. Many of these phone are in the CCS office area. The problem is due to a hardware failure in one part of Ryerson’s main phone switch (PBX.) Support technicians are on their way into campus to correct the problem.
Update 9:50 AM: Phone service has been restored for most phones but we are waiting for the delivery of some hardware before all service can be restored.
Update 11:45 AM: As of 11:15 AM all phone service has been restored.
