Slow network performance Wed, Oct. 14, 2015 from 5 PM to 11 PM

CCS began receiving reports of very slow network performance at approximately 5 PM, Initial reports were that the ryerson.ca site was timing out but other services are also intermittently very slow.  Staff are investigating the problem. However, all servers at Ryerson are running normally. If a site times out please try to reload.

Update 11:35 PM, Oct 14, 2015: The network problem was resolved at 11 PM by a forcing a failover to redundant network equipment. The root cause has not been found yet and staff are continuing to investigate.
