Phones: Jabber client outage on Monday September 11, 2023

On Monday September 11, 2023, the Jabber client for the phone system stopped working, preventing the users from logging in. The telecom team is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

The issue was traced to an expired digital certificate. A new certificate was deployed and services resumed
