Google Drive service disruption on Thur., July 12, 2018

Google is reporting a service issue with Google Drive, starting at 10:08 AM today. The latest Google Status information is available at:

Update 1:45 PM, July 12 2018: Google reported at 10:54 AM, July 12, 2018 that the problem with Google Drive has been resolved.

  1. I am not able to access my ryerson gmail account. I keep getting a ‘Bad request message’:
    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
    Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

      Hi Anjanette,
      Are you still unable to access your my.ryerson email?
      The Google Drive issue was not affecting Google mail. Moreover, this issue was resolved by 10:54 AM, July 12, 2018. Please send an email to help@ryerson.ca if the problem persists with your email.
