Academic printing outage: Friday, December 15 2017 8:40 AM

Printing to CCS managed lab printers, including those in the Library Commons (LIB272), TRS and KHW71 was reported down at approximately 8:40 AM.   The cause of the problem was traced to a backend process that had stopped working properly.   The printing issue was resolved around 9:05 AM.
