Academic printing outage: Monday, March 27 2017 11:05 AM

The CFAPS print services stopped responding around 11:05 AM on Monday, March 27 2017.   The cause of the problem was related to Microsoft patches that caused processes to stop responding.   A reboot of the server fixed the problem and services were restored at approximately 11:25 AM.
