One of the physical servers that hosts various virtual machines (VMs) crashed on Sunday, Sept. 4 at approximately 3:52 PM. The server crash resulted in a number of service outages, including Cold Fusion applications. All services were restored around 6:06 PM. CCS administrators are investigating with assistance from the vendor.
