Ryecast video streaming issues: Monday, March 28, 2016

The Ryecast video streaming issue has been fixed.  All videos should now play as expected.  Thanks for your patience

 

Starting Friday, March 25, 2016 Ryecast started showing errors when videos were playing. Temporarily, the homepage was redirected to the Channels page and Ryecast video playing is currently only available when accessing via mobile devices (iOS or Android).

We are investigating the root cause and following up with D2L to help in resolving this issue.
