Older versions of Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook will stop working on April 20, 2015

Google has notified us that there are users in our domain who are still using depreciated version 3.6 or older of the Google Sync for Microsoft® Outlook® (GASMO) client.  According to Google:

  1. The Notes sync features in Outlook will stop working on April 20, 2015 unless the client is upgraded.
  2. It’s critical that users update to the latest GASMO version (3.7.395.1040) before April 20, 2015.
  3. Google is unable to provide us with the list of GASMO users, hence we are not able to notify impacted users individually.
