Cold Fusion database issue: Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 5:50AM – 6:35 AM

Due to a misbehaving application, the Cold Fusion database server  exhausted all available disc space, causing the server to become unresponsive.  Services were affected between approximately 5:50 AM – 6:35 AM, today, February 12, 2015.  The Cold Fusion applications affected included the following systems:

  • runner.ryerson.ca
  • ccs.cf.ryerson.ca
  • hr.cf.ryerson.ca
  • ss.cf.ryerson.ca
  • alfresco.cf.ryerson.ca

We are investigating the root cause of the problem.

We apologize for the problems this outage caused.
