On Sunday, September 15, 2013, at 8:35 a network switch serving the North/West corner of the 3rd floor in TRSM failed to provide power to the phones. The network switch had to be rebooted repeatedly on Monday, September 16, 2013 between 12:58 to 2:00 PM, causing intermittent network outage to the phones and computers in this area.
