RMS Administration, Activation and Self Service outage: Monday, June 3, 2013 11:44 AM – 11:54 AM

An RMS application server became unresponsive at approximately 11:44 AM this morning.  It was restarted and back in service at 11:54 AM.  During the outage, the following services were not available: RMS Administration,  Account Activation and Self Service.

The cause of the problem is being investigated.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
