Groupwise Service interruption – Sept. 30, 8:40 AM to 9:25 AM

This morning at approximately 8:40 a.m. one of GroupWise servers crashed. This impacted web access to email and internet email.
The server was restarted at approximately 9:25 a.m. and service was restored. Continue reading

my.ryerson service issues – Status Update – September 26, 2011

Following a change to the my.ryerson portal site on Friday morning, September 23, 2011, we started experiencing intermittent service disruptions with the portal. A work around system fix was implemented early this morning and we believe that the my.ryerson portal system was stabilized. Continue reading
