Starting at approximately 9:23 PM today, CCS began receiving reports that the my.ryerson portal was unavailable.
Update: The service disruption may have actually started earlier, possibly aroud 8PM. We’re still investigating the incident, but services were restarted and my.ryerson was available around 10:15PM.
Update 10:45 PM: The system began having periodic problems at approximately 7:56 PM and was restarted at 8:40 PM. The problem recurred at 9:10 PM and was not fully resolved until 10:15 PM when a configuration problem was discovered and corrected.
Update Wednesday, Feb. 29 9:05 PM: After the 10:15 PM restart of services, we still had some intermittent problems with the service, which was restarted at 11:30 PM. In addition, one of the servers was also restarted around 7:00AM this morning.
