On Wednesday May 10, 2023 at 7:00 AM, CCS noticed that all call centres agents (CCS helpsesk, service hub) are unable to login to their call centre application to receive calls from staff & students. This is due to a security certificate that was updated this morning for RUAD. The telecom team is looking at the issue
