D2L Brightspace system access issue – resolved

The Brightspace Learning Management system hosted by D2L for  Ryerson  has been unavailable since approximately 4:15 PM

D2L has informed us that due to an infrastructure event, Users may be experiencing issues logging in and/or performance issues while navigating the site.

We are working with D2L to determine what is causing this service interruption.

We  apologize for this disruption in service.

UPDATE: The D2L system is now fully accessible and operational as of 6:15 PM.

    I trust my earlier note to you about my inability to create a shell and get the syllabus uploaded and the names of my students (GEO811-011) to prepare name tents for Monday’s class reached you.
    Confirmation would be appreciated.
