On Monday, December 27th, 2016, at 3 AM, there was an issue with the my.ryerson portal forwarding students to RAMSS. The issue was resolved and normal access was restored at 10:30 AM.

Couldn’t access RAMSS account. I used google chrome and fire fox and neither of them worked. “This site can’t be reached” is the only message that keeps showing.
RAMSS is offline every night for maintenance from 12 midnight until 1:30 AM. Your comment was posted during that time so I’m guessing RAMSS was just down for nightly maintenance when you tried to access it. Please tray again this morning and let me know if you experience any problems?
