RMail migration incomplete for some users

We have become aware that some users’ mailbox were not fully migrated during the RMail upgrade over the February 14th weekend. This may have impacted around 1,500 users in various degrees. We are contacting the individual users as we work through the issues.

    hello,
    i tried logging in to to my rmail, but after i input my username and password, n press enter, it doesn’t log me in and i don’t see the sign in button too.

    Hey I am a former student and i have lost access to me email for a while now and I just need to be able to access old important emails even if its just to transfer it to hannafa@Sheridanc.on.ca.

    i cannot long into my account, any updates (my profs email me daily so its safe to say I’m annoyed)

      Please let us know if you experience issues using RMail web or email client, if you experience issues accessing it on campus or off campus, error message are you getting and when was the last time you were able to access your email.
