During preparatory work for the RMail upgrade scheduled to begin February 14 a problem occurred with the email relay server. The email relay server is only used by applications to send emails. Any email messages with external recipients (non @ryerson.ca email accounts) sent through the email relay server were bounced during this time period. The issue was fixed at 3:30 PM on Monday Feb. 9. We are notifying the owners of the applications that were affected.
