my.ryerson service disruption: Monday, May 6, 2013 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM

At approximately 3:00 AM , a synchronization issue between RMS and the my.ryerson.ca portal application caused some users to receive a “access to application suspended” error when connecting to the portal.    Technical support staff resolved the problem at 8:00 AM.
