Following a change to the my.ryerson portal site on Friday morning, September 23, 2011, we started experiencing intermittent service disruptions with the portal.
Affected services included the Blackboard learning management system, eHR, RAMSS and other applications accessed through the my.ryerson portal.
A work around system fix was implemented early this morning and we believe that the my.ryerson portal system was stabilized.
We still do not fully understand the root cause of the problem and have engaged the vendor’s support for additional assistance in diagnosing and resolving this problem.
We apologize for the service disruption.
