On Friday, January 26, 2018 starting at approximately 9:30 a.m. emails sent from D2L Brightspace were not being delivered at Ryerson. This has been reported to D2L, and they have acknowledged that there was an issue with their email server earlier today. D2L informed us that it was resolved by their team around 12:30 pm. CCS is still attempting to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
We continue working with D2L to resolve this issue. We apologize for any problems this is causing.
Update: as of 4:30 PM on Friday, the issue is resolved.
