On Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, The D2L Network Operations Center (NOC) advised that an infrastructure event in their facility may be impacting access to our learning environment. Due to this issue some users may not be able to access D2L Brightspace. The D2L Support Team is fully engaged and working on this issue.
We sincerely apologize for the impact this disruption may cause. We will follow up with further updates as they become available.
UPDATE: The D2L system has been stable since 11:50 AM. The D2L Support Team will continue to monitor closely.
UPDATE 2: D2L NOC advises previous issues have returned. Intermittent access or errors may still be experienced. D2L is working on resolving this issue.
UPDATE 3: The D2L system has been stable since 1:25 PM. The D2L Support Team will continue to monitor closely.
