Following an automated database patch update that took place around 3 AM on Tuesday, March 21 2017, the VAPPS system used to deliver virtual applications to students, faculty and staff prevented new user connections or users that did not connect to the system recently from having access to VAPPS. Users that connected to VAPPS recently were not affected. Technical administrators investigated the problem and restored services around 3:25 PM.
