As of approximately 7:30 PM on Tuesday Nov. 2 the VAPPS services are unavailable. The problem was discovered during morning checks and CCS technicians have identified it as a communication issue between two of the servers, which is preventing users from login into VAPPS. The vendor is being contacted to assist with the problem resolution.
Update: VAPPS services are fully restored as of 9:52 AM.
