Academic printing and POS outage on Friday, April 6, 2018 2:45 PM

An unresponsive application process caused academic student printing and Point of Sale (POS) services to be unavailable, starting around 2:45 PM on Friday, April 6, 2018.   The application was restarted and services were restored at 3:06 PM.   CCS is investigating the root cause of the problem.
