eHR service outage: Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018

Since 10:00 AM, today, Jan. 30, 2018, the eHR has been offline while we investigate a server issue.

Update – 8:00 PM, Jan 30, 2018 – the eHR service has been restored.

Please accept our apologies for the problems this outage has caused.

    Due to the service outage, I am currently unable to submit my non-academic requirements fee form among other supplementary evaluations. The deadline for submissions is tomorrow and I hope that this outage doesn’t prevent me from submitting my supplementary evaluation.

      Hi Danylo,
      The non-academic requirements fee form is not part of eHR that has the outage. It is part of RAMSS which is functioning properly.

    Approximately how long will it take for the outage to be fixed? Asking because my supplementary form is due tomorrow.

      Hi,
      The eHR outage has nothing to do with the supplementary form/application. Please use RAMSS for this purpose. We have confirmed RAMSS is active and being heavily used.

    Approximately how long is this expected to last? I was hoping to complete my supplementary application today, however, I cannot access it.

    Hello, I was updating and trying to submit my supplementary form. . However when I clicked submit the system automatically signed me out. Trying to sign back in but the system is not allowing me to. I will like to know if my form got submitted?
