eHR partial service outage: Friday, December 1, 2017

Around 8:30 AM one of the eHR web servers stopped working properly.  Some eHR users, if connected to this web sever, would have experienced lack of response or an HTTP error. The web server was restarted and full services resumed around 9:00 AM.  The root cause of the problem is being investigated.
