Starting around 6:30 AM, on Friday, June 16 2017, access to my.ryerson and CAS started failing for some users. Jira is also inaccessible. CCS technical administrators are currently investigating the problem.
Update: All services were restored around 9 AM, except for Jira that became available around 9:35 AM.
