Academic printing outage in the Library: Monday, March 20 2017 11:50 AM – 12:25 PM

At approximately 11:50 AM on Monday, March 20 2017, eight out of 10 printers in the Library’s Information Commons (LIB272) area lost network connectivity.    Services were restored at 12:25 PM.  The root cause of the problem was traced to a failed network switch.
