The Google Calendar Link in my.ryerson Apps tab is not working for some users: Feb. 4

For users who have personal Google or non-Ryeson Google Apps account as the default Google account ( Sign in to multiple accounts at once), the Google Calendar link in my.ryerson portal’s Apps tab does not work. It will show “Not Found Error 404”. The same happens for these users when accessing http://calendar.ryerson.ca directly. The workaround is to access the other Google links in the Apps tab first (GMail, Google Drive or Google Groups) and then use the Google App switcher to go to Google Calendar.

We have reported this issue to Google and Google is working on a fix. We will provide an update when more information is available.
