I still can’t log in myryerson.ca.Now, it is 6pm.
We’re working on it. Last I heard the problem is related to a hardware device that provides encryption services (SSL). There will be a new service alert soon.
When will the service be restored? I need to access some of the important midterm information!

Sorry we don’t know when we will get this fixed yet. We reconfigured the device and its internal diagnostics said it was working ok. But it is not. I’ll post updates here: http://servicealerts.blog.ryerson.ca/

Reconfiguring the SSL accelerator is turning out to be painfully slow work. I still don’t have an estimate about when we will be done.
