eHR Service Outage: July 13 01:37 AM – 07:00 AM

At roughly 1:37 AM this morning the eHR database crashed and the eHR system became unavailable until 7 AM when it was restarted. The cause of the problem seems to be related to heavy disk activity at the time. We are still trying to find the root cause.
