Starting around 4:25 AM on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, two LDAP servers experienced database indexing problems, causing some e-mail messages to queue up and not be delivered in a timely manner. The services were restarted and full services restored as of 8:15 AM. The queued up e-mail is expected to be delivered within a couple of hours. We will continue our investigation to determine the cause of the problem.
